  • Oversee occupational health and industrial hygiene, environmental compliance and waste management, and site security arrangements, in coordination with the client and contractors.
  • Lead incident and near-miss investigations, root cause analysis and sharing of lessons learned across the program.
  • Prepare regular HSSE reports, statistics and dashboards for management and the client, and support internal and external audits.
  • Identify and implement improvements to HSSE systems, processes and best management practices to minimize impacts during project execution.

  • Experience of working internationally; prior experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Ability to deal effectively with HSSE matters with contractors, subcontractors and consultants during construction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent presentation skills, including reporting to senior management and clients.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge unsafe practices at all levels.
  • Analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills, with sound judgement under pressure.
