Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior HSE leader to drive health, safety and environmental programs across metro operations and maintenance in Riyadh. You will ensure regulatory compliance, lead incident investigations, and implement corrective actions with a focus on zero-harm outcomes.

The role requires 10+ years in HSE within metro or transportation sectors, and strong leadership capabilities to manage diverse stakeholders and contractors.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level degree or higher in health, safety, or a related field.
10+ years HSE experience in metro, railway, infrastructure, or transportation projects.
Minimum 5 years in an HSE leadership/managerial role.
NEBOSH IGC/Diploma certification mandatory.
OSHA certification preferred.
ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 knowledge or auditor certification preferred.
Experience in incident investigation and risk management.
Strong knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations and international standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in HSE reporting tools and MS Office.
GCC/Saudi Arabia project experience preferred.
