Job summary

Decima International is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety and environmental activities for major mission-critical projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will oversee the HSE Management System, ensure regulatory and client compliance, and promote a proactive safety culture on site.

The role requires NEBOSH diploma, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and extensive experience with ISO 45001, risk assessments, incident investigations, and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, OH&S, Environmental Science or related field.
• NEBOSH Diploma required for this role.
• Extensive HSE management experience on major projects, preferably data centers.
• Familiarity with ISO 45001 and safety legislation applicable to KSA.
• Proven ability to inspect, audit, investigate incidents, and drive action plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and oversight of the Project HSE Management System.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, regulations, and client standards.
• Review and sign-off HSE performance, incidents and corrective actions.
• Monitor HSE KPIs (LTIFR, TRIR, near misses) and report trends to leadership.
• Coordinate site inspections, audits, risk assessments, and safety initiatives.
• Coach project teams and review contractor HSE plans and methods.
• Lead incident investigations, determine root causes, and ensure corrective actions.
• Support emergency preparedness and response activities.
