Contribute to the development of annual business plans for the assigned areas of responsibility to support the achievement of financial and strategic objectives.
Contribute to the development and execution of Human Resources’ short to mid-term plans to ensure alignment with the function’s strategic priorities, and the corporate goals.
Oversee the recruitment life cycle, ensuring alignment requirements and job specifications, Lead sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring processes to attract top talent in a timely manner.
Coordinate and execute smooth onboarding for new hires, ensuring proper documentation, orientation, and system setup.
Develop and manage a performance management system across all departments to ensure alignment of talent performance with business goals.
Design, implement, and continuously improve the organization’s performance management framework. Ensure cascading of company goals into departmental KPIs and individual performance objectives.
Facilitate performance calibration sessions, mid-year and annual reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
Integrate performance outcomes with talent decisions such as promotions, rewards, learning, and succession planning.
Identify training needs across the organization and develop initiatives to promote employee engagement, learning and development, and overall employee well‑being.
Promote continuous learning through structured programs, e‑learning, coaching, and internal knowledge sharing.
Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs accordingly.
Recommend training and development interventions for team members to build their capabilities
Periodically review the organizational structure in consultation with line managers to make recommendations that reflect operational needs.
Support strategic HR planning and succession planning efforts.
Contribute to employer branding and internal talent mobility initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field.
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
2‑5 Years of experience in HR, specifically in learning and development, performance management, and recruitment.
