Job summary

SRG is seeking an HR Data Analyst to transform workforce data in Oracle HCM Cloud into accurate reports, dashboards and insights to support HR and business decisions across SRG and its subsidiaries. The role focuses on HR data quality, standard and ad-hoc reporting, and supports workforce planning, recruitment, payroll and Saudization analysis.

You will build monthly, quarterly and annual HR reports and develop interactive dashboards for Group HR leadership and subsidiary management, while

• Experience building dashboards and reports from HR data.

• Build and maintain monthly, quarterly and annual HR reports: headcount, turnover, attrition, absenteeism, overtime and manpower cost.
• Develop interactive HR dashboards for Group HR leadership and subsidiary management.
• Analyse workforce trends and present clear findings and recommendations to decision-makers.
• Respond to ad-hoc data requests from HR, Finance, PMO and executive management within agreed timelines.
