CrowdStrike seeks an experienced HR Compliance & Global Mobility specialist to support day‑to‑day compliance and mobility operations across regions.
You will partner with global HR teams to implement programs, manage tasks, and drive audits, with a focus on policy improvement and risk management.
Provide support for day-to-day HR Compliance & Global Mobility operational matters working closely with global HR teams. Knowledge and hands-on experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and experience managing immigration and compliance topics along with excellent project management and problem solving skills are essential. Focus on strengthening and continuously improving HR policies, procedures, and practices through proactive risk assessment, audits, and training.
