HR Associate Partner is a hands-on role providing comprehensive HR support at Amazon's Fulfilment Center. Working in alignment with Operations shift patterns, this position serves as the primary HR contact for associates, handling diverse inquiries spanning benefits, payroll, and general HR matters. The role executes people initiatives, drives employee engagement, and maintains HR operational excellence. The incumbent will execute projects of varying complexity and provide administrative support. They will also be responsible for analyzing HR metrics to provide data-driven insights for decision making. This position requires strict adherence to confidentiality standards and service level agreements, while consistently driving process improvements and HR functional excellence. The role balances administrative precision with critical thinking to create positive employee experiences and raise the bar in HR service delivery.
