About the Role

ASHOMCo is looking for a motivated Saudi national to join our team as an HR & Admin Officer at our headquarters in Khobar. This role reports directly to the HR Department and supports HR and administrative functions across all ASHOMCo's sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, leave tracking, and records management (contracts, POT/TOIL, etc.).
  • Maintain and update HR databases to reflect employee changes and operational requirements.
  • Assist in issuing HR policies, guidelines, and FAQs to support compliance and awareness.
  • Collect, validate, and organize payroll inputs (timesheets, overtime, bank details, etc.).
  • Publish job ads, screen candidates, support interviews, and coordinate hiring logistics.
  • Prepare periodic HR reports and presentations (staffing, recruitment, metrics, etc.).
  • Coordinate onboarding and training activities, including preparation of training materials and tracking completion.
  • Respond to employee HR inquiries related to benefits, entitlements, and policies, and support grievance handling professionally and discreetly.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Saudi nationals only.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Clear communication skills in Arabic and English.
