Job summary

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Medina is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping professional to ensure quality across guest rooms and public areas. You will run room status checks, manage room assignments, and coordinate with Engineering, Front Office and Laundry to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool after cleaning to ensure quality.
• Run room reports, verify status, and prioritize room cleaning.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office and Laundry for daily activities.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching staff.
