Job summary

AS Edutech Hr Consultant seeks an experienced private cook for a Saudi household. You will plan meals, prepare Arabic, Indian and Mediterranean dishes, and oversee kitchen operations with high standards of hygiene. Preference for Muslim candidates and prior private household experience is noted.

English proficiency or basic Arabic is required, with the ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality in a respectful environment.

Role amp responsibilities

Meal Preparation Plan and cook daily breakfast lunch and dinner specifically tailoring meals to the family s dietary needs and preferences

Cuisine Expertise

Prepare a variety of dishes with high demand for Arabic cuisine e g Kabsa Hummus Shawarma alongside Indian and Continental Mediterranean options

Kitchen Management

Purchase groceries manage weekly meal plans and maintain inventory and pantry stock levels

Hygiene and Safety

Ensure the kitchen appliances and utensils are spotless sanitized and adhere to strict food safety guidelines

Excellent experience in authentic Indian cuisine.Must be able to cook Indian and Arabic cuisine.Knowledge of Italian cuisine would be an advantage.Preferably Muslim.Clean, hygienic, reliable and respectful.Previous private household experience is preferred.

Salary: up to SAR 2,700 depending on experience and skills.

Experience: Minimum 25 years of professional or domestic cooking experience, with preference given to "Gulf return" candidates.

Skills: Proficiency in English (or basic Arabic) and the ability to multitask.

Character: High levels of discretion, trustworthiness, and a respectful attitude toward the family's privacy
