Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in hotel purchasing, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of local suppliers and hotel procurement processes.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily purchasing activities, ensuring all requests are processed accurately.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with vendors.
• Monitor vendor performance and resolve discrepancies or delays.
