Job summary

Accor is hiring an AC Technician to install, maintain and repair HVAC systems in a hotel environment. You will diagnose faults, perform preventive maintenance, replace parts and coordinate with other teams to ensure guest comfort and safety.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years with HVAC maintenance in large properties, a technical certification is preferred, and experience with resort operations is a plus. Strong teamwork and customer-focused service are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years HVAC maintenance experience in a hotel, resort, or large commercial environment.
• Technical certification (ITI/HVAC/Refrigeration Engineering) preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems and related equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in HVAC systems to ensure proper operation.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to avoid system breakdowns.
• Replace or repair defective parts such as compressors, motors, and thermostats.
• Test electrical circuits and components for safety and efficiency.
• Clean and inspect air filters, coils, and other components to maintain air quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
• Respond promptly to emergency repair requests.
• Coordinate with other technicians and departments to complete tasks efficiently.
