Job summary

Adeera Hospitality is seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate the planning and execution of hospitality projects within the Design & Technical Services department. You will report to the Project & Design Director and manage the full project lifecycle from initial planning to completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Project Management Certification - is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in hospitality or service-related industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate planning and execution of hospitality capital projects within the Design & Technical Services department.
• Oversee project lifecycle from initial planning to completion.
• Ensure projects meet brand standards, technical specs, quality expectations, and financial targets.
• Manage project documentation, approvals and progress reports.
• Lead end-to-end project execution across multiple hotels and regions.
• Coordinate with owners, consultants and internal teams to maintain alignment.
