Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our hotel cleaning teams and deliver guest-centric experiences across all areas of the property. You’ll train, schedule, and oversee housekeeping staff, perform room inspections, coordinate maintenance needs, supervise deep cleaning projects, manage inventory, and ensure VIP guest requests are met with warmth and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the housekeeping team: train, schedule, and oversee staff.
• Conduct room and area inspections: routine checks of checkout rooms, spot inspections of occupied rooms, and review service areas, storage, and corridors to maintain standards.
• Coordinate maintenance needs: report and follow up on issues or facility concerns.
• Oversee deep cleaning and special housekeeping initiatives.
• Manage inventory and equipment: maintain stock levels and ensure proper maintenance of equipment.
• Delight our guests: ensure excellent service, including VIP and special guest requests.
