Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and deliver hotel training programs aligned with corporate goals.
• Meet with managers and trainers to review performance and plan improvements.
• Assess and improve existing training initiatives.
• Track and audit training records in designated systems.
• Manage department-specific training programs such as alcohol awareness and food safety.
• Coach and develop team members to foster a positive work environment.
