Job summary

Accor is seeking an Accounts Receivable & Income Auditor to manage customer accounts, ensure timely collections, and verify daily revenue transactions. You will reconcile payments, prepare aging reports, and coordinate with Sales, Front Office, and Finance to resolve discrepancies.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance and 2–4 years in related functions, with hospitality experience preferred. Proficiency in ERP/hotel systems is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Income Audit or General Accounting.
• Hospitality or hotel industry experience is preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and hotel systems such as Opera, Micros, Sun System is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.
• Prepare and issue invoices, account statements, and credit notes.
• Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate payment differences.
• Record receipts and allocate payments accurately in the accounting system.
• Prepare aging reports and recommend actions for overdue accounts.
• Coordinate with Sales, Front Office, and Finance to resolve account-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures.
• Audit daily revenue generated from all operational departments.
• Verify the accuracy of sales, cash, and other payment transactions.
• Reconcile daily revenue reports with PMS/POS and accounting system.
• Review discounts, voids, refunds, and adjustments for proper authorization.
• Prepare daily revenue and income audit reports for management.
• Investigate revenue discrepancies or irregularities.
• Ensure revenues are posted to correct accounts and support month-end closing.
