Responsibilities

• Implementing the decisions issued by the Owners Association.
• Maintaining, managing, and securing the common areas.
• Representing the Owners Association before courts and service authorities, and obtaining the necessary licenses.
• Managing the Association's financial resources and the Association's bank account in cooperation with the Chairman of the Association.
• Communicating with service providers and contracting with them.
• Applying the enforcement instrument to those who default on paying the Association fees.
• Issuing subscription invoices and collecting payments.
