Job summary

Elevatus in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Training and Change Management IT Specialist to deliver HIS and related hospital system training across Fakeeh Care Group. You will create training materials, document change requests, and provide day-to-day support to ensure effective use of hospital information systems.

You will conduct sessions for clinical and non-clinical staff, prepare manuals, track attendance, coordinate with vendors, test changes, and report progress to the Manager.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HIS training, clinical informatics, healthcare IT, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management or related field.
• Excellent command of oral and written English; Arabic preferred.
• Saudi SCFHS Health Informatics certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct HIS training sessions for clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Provide orientation for physicians on HIS use.
• Deliver hospital systems training sessions for staff.
• Prepare training materials, user manuals, and quick reference guides.
• Record attendance and maintain training logs.
• Document and track change requests from hospital departments.
• Coordinate with vendors to clarify change requirements.
• Test system changes and report issues to the Manager.
• Prepare progress reports for the Manager.
• Discuss HIS modification requests with physicians and clinical staff.
• Demonstrate professional communication with physicians across Fakeeh Care.
