Job summary

OSHCO in Saudi Arabia seeks a marketing lead to develop the corporate annual marketing calendar, budget, and training plans, coordinating with stakeholders. The role ensures timely performance reporting through monthly dashboards covering sales, patient data, and activities, with a focus on increasing PD-connected patients and monitoring digital platforms such as Sharesource.

You will oversee events, grants, vendor management, procurement, and payments, plus support the sales team in PD cycler

Qualifications

• Degree in Healthcare Management, Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably within healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical devices industry.

Responsibilities

• Marketing Planning: Create the corporate annual calendar in coordination with stakeholders and budget.
• Performance Reporting: Produce monthly dashboards showing sales, PD patients, activities.
• Increasing % of PD connected patients & RPM: Monitor Sharsource utilization with clinical team.
• Events & HCPs Management and Grants: Plan marketing events, manage grants and vendor logistics.
• Supporting sales: Assist PD Cyclers demand planning, CAPEX, shipment, and distribution coordination.
