Job summary

Telstra Health's Powerhealth unit in Riyadh is seeking an analytics-minded finance professional to join our healthcare costing and performance team. You will model budgets, track monthly variances, and produce management reports on a tight schedule.

You will partner with engagement leads to analyze clinical and operational data, build advanced models, and translate healthcare data into actionable cost insights for senior stakeholders. On-site in Riyadh, on a growing regional platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Health Informatics, Business Analytics, or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of analytical experience (financial analysis, business analytics, or healthcare data).
• Advanced Excel skills (nested formulas, lookups, data modeling, PivotTables); Power BI or SQL is a plus.
• Fluent professional English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Support financial modeling, budget tracking, variance analysis, and monthly management reporting onsite in Riyadh.
• Partner with engagement leads to analyze clinical and operational performance data.
• Build and maintain advanced analytical models and reporting workbooks.
• Translate operational healthcare data into actionable cost and efficiency insights for senior stakeholders.
