The ideal candidate has at least 5 years as a Pastry Chef with 2+ in leadership, a culinary degree or equivalent, strong baking knowledge, and English fluency. Relocation to Jizan is required. We offer salary and benefits including accommodation, transportation, and medical insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Pastry Chef, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, flavors, and ingredients.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English (Malayalee candidates preferred).
• Must be able to relocate to Jizan, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Develop new dessert recipes and keep up with current food trends.
• Train and supervise pastry chefs and kitchen staff.
• Create schedules for the pastry team to ensure smooth operation.
• Order and maintain inventory of all necessary ingredients and equipment.
• Ensure that all food safety standards are being followed.
• Collaborate with other chefs to create cohesive menus.
• Oversee plating and presentation of desserts to ensure high quality standards are met.
