Job summary

You will establish a structured framework aligned with international best practices, ensuring compliance with Saudi MOE regulations and accreditation standards. The role includes budgeting, KPI management, and quality assurance to elevate instructional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years progressive leadership experience in education or training.
• Certifications in professional development (advantageous: CIPD, ATD, SHRM, CPTM or equivalent).
• Familiarity with digital learning platforms and LMS; English fluency; Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and oversight of professional development and training operations across the organization.
• Establish a structured training framework aligned with international best practices and regulatory standards.
• Oversee annual training strategies, budgets, KPIs, and quality assurance processes.
• Enhance instructional quality, embed modern learning methodologies, and integrate digital platforms.
• Responsible for AI-enabled tooling adoption and maintaining accreditation documentation; audit readiness.
• Build strategic partnerships with external providers, universities, and international organizations.
