Job summary

Al Rajhi Company For Ironworks & Decoration in Saudi Arabia seeks a senior construction professional to oversee method statements, budgets, schedules, and field coordination across construction and engineering teams.

With 10 years in construction and a Civil Engineering degree, you will lead cost control, monitor contractors, and ensure high-quality deliverables on complex steel works and decoration projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and review construction method statements.
• Prepare bill of quantities and analyze pricing.
• Monitor contractors, consultants, and suppliers activities.
• Plan and maintain project budget and schedule.
• Attend progress meetings and discuss and propose technical solutions.
• Participate in project management review and risk management reviews.
• Coordinate between the construction and engineering teams ensuring that the construction requirements are conveyed to the engineering teams and that the engineering deliverables satisfy the construction requirements.
• Manage cost analysis and cost control of site activities.
• Coordinate with quantity surveyors on payments and change orders.
• Follow up with subcontractors during negotiations and in awarding terms, performance and payments.
• Document project issues/conditions and maintain organized records.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Supervise and review the preparations of construction method statements.
• Supervise and prepare the bill of quantities and analyze the pricing.
• Close monitoring to the contractors, consultants, & suppliers activities.
• Planning and maintaining project budget and schedule planning.

• Maintaining organized and detailed project records.

Experience :

1) 10 years Experience in Construction Field

Qualifications :

1) Bachelors Degree in civil Engineering or related.
