Job summary

TheARLab in Riyadh is seeking a senior Influencer & Talent lead to launch and build a dedicated department, identify, sign and manage a roster of influencers for brand campaigns and talent representation.

You will negotiate fees and contracts, advise signed talent on positioning, lead end-to-end influencer campaigns with content, creative and production teams, nurture client relationships, and report on results while scaling the department.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in influencer marketing or talent management.
• Proven track record of signing and growing influencers.
• An established network of influencers, talent agents and brands across the region.
• Experience leading influencer campaigns from concept to reporting.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms, influencer metrics and advertising regulations.
• Experience building a new department, service or team is a strong advantage.
• Experience managing client relationships and contributing to pitches.

Responsibilities

• Launch and build TheARLab’s new Influencer & Talent department.
• Identify, sign and build a roster of influencers for brand campaigns and talent representation.
• Advise signed talent on positioning and growth plans.
• Negotiate influencer fees, contracts and exclusivity terms, subject to management approval.
• Maintain relationships with influencers, talent agents and managers.
• Lead influencer campaigns from start to finish, in coordination with the Content, Creative and Production teams.
• Manage client relationships and lead influencer input in pitches.
• Define the department’s services and its pricing and processes with Operations.
• Report on campaign results and department performance against agreed targets, and track market and platform trends.
• Build and lead the department’s team as it grows.
