Maaden is seeking a seasoned Manager, Exploration & Mining AI to lead the identification, development, deployment, and adoption of AI solutions across exploration, geology, resource modeling, mine planning, drilling and blasting, fleet optimization, production, and mine safety.

You will translate operational challenges into scalable AI, collaborate with OT, IT, Digital, and Enterprise AI teams, and drive measurable value across mining operations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in AI, data science, computer science, mining engineering, geology or related field; master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, with 5+ in AI/advanced analytics, geospatial analytics, mining optimization, automation, or digital transformation.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering AI or analytics solutions in exploration, mining or operations.

Responsabilidades

• Shape and manage a prioritized portfolio of Exploration & Mining AI use cases aligned with business strategy and targets.
• Lead design, development, testing, deployment, and improvement of AI/ML/optimization/geospatial solutions across exploration and mining.
• Ensure solutions are production-ready, scalable, auditable, explainable, and compliant with safety and governance requirements.
• Drive adoption, value realization, and integration of AI into mining environments across multidisciplinary teams.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary AI-enabled team and ensure governance, safety, and compliance.
