Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in AI, Data Science, CS, mining or related discipline; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years relevant experience, including 5+ years in AI/advanced analytics, geospatial analytics, mining optimization, or digital transformation.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering AI solutions in exploration or mining environments.
• Progress solutions from use-case definition to production deployment, adoption, and value realization.

Responsibilities

• Shape an prioritized Exploration & Mining AI Portfolio aligned with business strategy.
• Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions for exploration targeting, resource estimation, and mine planning.
• Improve performance by applying predictive and prescriptive analytics across operations.
• Coordinate AI integration with geoscience platforms, mine planning systems, and OT/IT ecosystems.
• Drive adoption, governance, and value realization with stakeholders across the organization.
