Job summary

You will manage budgets, capital projects, and preventative maintenance while driving safe, compliant operations that meet guest and employee expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 6 years in engineering/maintenance and technical training in HVAC-R/Electrical/Plumbing.
• 2-year degree in Building/Construction/Engineering/Mechanics with 4 years in engineering/maintenance and related training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering operations and budgets, comparing performance to budget.
• Manage physical plant: equipment, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, electrical systems.
• Administer service contracts to support property needs.
• Ensure fire crew understands procedures, equipment, and alarms.
• Coach engineering leadership to control controllable expenses.

Education
