Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain management with integration focus.
• Experience guiding and coaching teams.

• Familiarity with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage communications with Business, commercial, CX, HR and ISC functions.
• Oversee and improve logistics processes (DC and freight).
• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations: demand planning, procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics.
• Develop strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
