Job summary

Sanabil Studio’s TradePay seeks a Head of Risk to build and lead the credit risk governance and portfolio risk function in Saudi Arabia. You will define risk appetite, governance, and policies, oversee provisioning and collections, and partner with Data and Product teams to ensure underwriting aligns with controls.

Reporting to the Founder, you will shape regulatory readiness as the business scales. You bring 8+ years of Saudi risk management experience, with a proven ability to establish risk

Qualifications

8+ years of Saudi experience in credit risk, portfolio risk, collections, or enterprise risk management.
Experience in banking, SME lending, fintech lending, microfinance, or regulated financial institutions.
Strong understanding of Saudi market dynamics and regulators (SAMA).

Responsibilities

Build and own risk governance framework and policies for TradePay.
Define risk appetite, portfolio thresholds, and escalation frameworks.
Develop and maintain credit, collections, fraud, and operational risk policies.
Oversee delinquency management, provisioning, and portfolio monitoring.
Collaborate with Data and Product teams to align underwriting with risk controls.
