Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC) seeks an experienced Project Director, Workplace to lead the design, planning and delivery of the corporate HQ workplace interiors, from briefing through handover.

The role drives alignment with strategy, governance and sustainability, coordinating with internal teams and external consultants to create a world-class, future-ready workplace for up to 9,000 people across 120,000 sqm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years' experience leading the design and delivery of complex corporate workplace interiors.
• Experience leading front-end design phases, including strategy, briefing, concept design, and approvals.
• Knowledge of ESG ratings and sustainability frameworks (Green Star, WELL, LEED) and accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of HQ workplace, ensuring alignment with strategy, program, budget, quality, and governance.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to ensure requirements are reflected in design and delivery.
• Oversee procurement, construction, fit-out, commissioning, and transition to occupancy.
