Job summary
Sharp BH Global Manpower is seeking a seasoned Head Nurse to lead clinical nursing teams in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role calls for a Nursing Supervisor with robust leadership, overseeing home healthcare and caregiver supervision for elderly and long-term care patients.
Candidates should hold a Nurse Specialist License and bring at least five years of nursing experience, including two to three years in supervisory roles. Prior home healthcare supervision is highly desirable.
Qualifications
- Nurse Specialist License.
- 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2–3 years in supervisory or leadership roles.
- Strong clinical leadership and nursing supervision experience.
- Experience in home healthcare, elderly care, long-term care, rehabilitation, or caregiver/PCA supervision is highly desirable.
- Previous Head Nurse or similar supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
