King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre in Jeddah invites experienced Home Health Care Registered Nurses to deliver specialist nursing care at patients' homes within 50 kilometres of the hospital. The role supports hospital-to-home transition with ongoing nursing services and family education, under medical supervision.

The position emphasizes autonomous practice, patient and family education, and delivering individualized home-based care to eligible KFSH & RC patients.

Join the Home Health Care team at King Faisal Specialist Hospital amp Research Centre KFSH amp RC Jeddah providing specialist nursing care to patients in the comfort of their own homes The Home Health Care service supports patients transitioning from hospital to home and provides ongoing healthcare assistance and nursing services within the community Before discharge patients are assessed for the service and their ongoing home healthcare needs are discussed with their families The Home Health Care team then works with patients families and the treating medical team to support continuity of care at home The service provides care to eligible KFSH amp RC patients living within 50 kilometres of the hospital with ongoing medical responsibility remaining with the patient s consulting physician This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Home Health Care Registered Nurses who enjoy autonomous nursing practice patient and family education and delivering individualised care within the patient s home environment

Requirements

• Bachelor s Degree in Nursing
• Eligible for registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS)
• Minimum of two (2) years of current clinical nursing experience in the relevant specialty following licensure/registration in the country of origin

We welcome applications from nurses with at least 18 months of current experience in the relevant specialty. You can be interviewed while working towards the required two years of experience. As the licensing process takes several months, your application, interview and licensing process can progress in parallel while you complete the remaining experience requirement.
