Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Project Director, Workplace to lead the design, planning and delivery of the Headquarters workplace interiors. You will guide front-end design, briefing and concept development, coordinating with base building, IT, sustainability and governance teams to deliver a world-class, flexible and sustainable workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience leading design and delivery of complex corporate workplaces.
• Proven track record leading large-scale headquarters or campus-style projects.
• Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP/PRINCE2) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of the corporate headquarters workplace.
• Coordinate with base building teams to integrate workplace requirements early in design.
• Manage external consultants and internal stakeholder teams through design and delivery phases.
• Ensure governance, budgeting, risk management and handover to operations meet standards.
