Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional baking experience.
• In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and staff training ability.
• Willingness to work early mornings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop and standardize recipes for breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.
• Create new and innovative products to keep up with market trends.
• Train and supervise baking staff, including scheduling shifts and managing performance.
• Ensure proper sanitation and cleanliness in the bakery at all times.
• Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed.
• Oversee quality control of all baked goods to maintain high standards.
• Implement cost-saving measures to maximize profitability.
• Maintain records of production levels, sales, and other relevant data.
