Think AI is seeking a seasoned hardware reliability engineer in Riyadh to own the qualification program for thermal, electrical, mechanical and environmental tests. You will define acceptance criteria, build test rigs, and manage data capture to support field reliability and supplier decisions.

You will lead root cause analysis, FMEA, and returned-unit teardown, ensuring auditable qualification records for customers and auditors.

Qualifikationen

• Five+ years in hardware test, quality or reliability engineering.
• Wrote qualification plans and defended them to customers/auditors.
• Experience with instrumentation for thermal, electrical, mechanical tests.
• Demonstrated root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.

• Own the qualification programme across SKU and revisions.
• Define acceptance criteria and test coverage.
• Build and run test rigs and data capture.
• Lead failure analysis, FMEA, and returned-unit teardown.
• Track field reliability and feed design and supplier decisions.
• Keep qualification records auditable for customers.
