Job summary

Akkodis is seeking an experienced Mobile Engineering Technical Lead in Saudi Arabia to drive the technical delivery and evolution of a large-scale digital platform. This is a hands-on leadership role, uniting mobile development, backend integration, cloud/DevOps and team mentorship.

You will own the platform technically, set engineering standards, guide architecture decisions and stay hands-on in development, troubleshooting and delivery within a complex enterprise environment across security,

Qualifications

8+ years of software engineering experience in enterprise environments.
Experience delivering enterprise mobile applications on iOS and Android.
Hands-on with mobile development and backend integration.
Strong knowledge of Swift, Kotlin and Java/Spring Boot.
Experience with REST APIs, microservices and BFF architectures.
Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
Experience with CI/CD, DevOps and secure software delivery.
Strong English communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical delivery of enterprise mobile apps across iOS and Android.
Remain hands-on with development to support engineers on complex challenges.
Define and enforce engineering standards, quality, and platform scalability.
Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance across teams.
Coordinate platform transitions, CI/CD pipelines and cloud onboarding.
Work with architecture, security, and product teams in an Agile environment.
