Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group operates Holiday Inn Riyadh Rose Yard and seeks a Host/Hostess to welcome guests and manage seating with a friendly, professional demeanor. You will coordinate reservations, escort guests to tables, and work closely with service and kitchen teams to maintain efficient guest flow while promoting hotel dining promotions.

The role requires 1–2 years in F&B or guest service, a high school diploma (hospitality preferred), and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Diploma in Hospitality is preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in F&B service, restaurant reception, or guest service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and escort to tables.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements.
• Coordinate table assignments based on reservations and preferences.
• Monitor occupancy and communicate availability with F&B team.
• Respond to guest inquiries and special requests.
• Assist VIPs, groups, and special occasions for personalized service.
• Maintain a welcoming reception area with menus and promotions.
• Coordinate with Captains, Attendants, and Kitchen for smooth flow.
• Handle guest concerns and escalate to supervisor when needed.
• Answer calls professionally and provide information on services and hours.
• Promote dining promotions and events.
• Ensure grooming, hygiene, and safety standards.
