• Deliver orders efficiently, attending to table needs and offering assistance.
• Demonstrate menu knowledge, including ingredients and wine pairings.
• Clear tables promptly and reset to service standards.
• Process payments accurately using POS, handling cash and cards.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar and housekeeping teams for smooth service.
• Anticipate guest needs and address concerns with empathy.
• Maintain impeccable grooming and presentation standards.
• Adapt to changing priorities during busy periods; multitask effectively.
• Support team members during peak service times with flexibility.
