Responsibilities

• Process cash, card, and other payment transactions accurately.
• Issue receipts and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
• Handle cash safely and maintain accurate cash balances.
• Reconcile the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Verify prices, discounts, promotions, and payment amounts.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic payment-related issues professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales and cash transactions.
• Prepare and submit daily cash reports to the supervisor.
• Identify and report any discrepancies or suspicious transactions.
• Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling and financial controls.
• Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and finance teams when required.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.
• Ensure a high level of customer service at all times.
