Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to advance your career with dedicated mentoring and structured performance reviews. The role focuses on site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits, alongside developing recruitment plans and ensuring protocol training across sites.

Ideal candidates have 1.5–2 years of on-site monitoring experience,Bachelor’s degree in health/scientific field, and fluency in Arabic and English. Frequent travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health care or scientific discipline or educational equivalent.
• 1.5–2 years on-site monitoring experience.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Travel frequently to sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits with proper documentation.
• Support the development of a subject recruitment plan.
• Establish regular communication and train sites on protocol and study training.
• Evaluate site practices for quality and escalate issues as appropriate.
• Track regulatory submissions, recruitment, CRF completion, and data query resolution.
