Job description

Responsibilities

1. Growth Strategy Development

   Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to drive growth (sales – users – market reach).

   Identify new market opportunities and expand into new channels.

   Analyze competitors and create plans to outperform them.

2. Data Analysis and Decision‑Making

   Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, acquisition cost, and customer retention.

   Use data to identify strengths and weaknesses and improve performance.

   Conduct A/B tests to optimize results.

3. Customer Experience Improvement

   Enhance the customer journey from first contact to purchase.

   Work on increasing customer retention and reducing churn.

   Develop offers and services based on customer behavior.

4. Marketing Campaign Management

   Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (ads – social media – email).

   Test new marketing channels and optimize existing ones.

   Continuously monitor and improve campaign performance.

5. Cross‑Department Collaboration
