Job summary

Binding Partnerships seeks a Finance Manager to lead financial reporting consolidation for the group and act as the senior financial spokesperson for the department. The role reports to the CFO and Deputy CFO within a transforming family-owned Saudi business group.

Key requirements include a Bachelor's degree (CPA/CA preferred), 10–15 years in financial management, and fluency in Arabic and English. Experience with large group holding companies and robust controls is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience.
• CPA or CA certification.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
• 10–15 years of financial management experience.
• Experience with a large group holding company, group reporting and consolidation.
• Ability to establish a robust control environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate, complete and consistent recording and reporting of financial activities.
• Oversee annual statutory reporting activities for the Group.
• Produce consolidated monthly reports and financial statements for executive management.
• Supervise general ledger activities and ensure timely journal entries.
• Review journal entries for accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
• Implement financial policies across head office and subsidiaries.
• Ensure a proper financial control environment.
• Report to CFO and Deputy CFO on all financial matters.
