Job summary

Aon is seeking a Graphic Designer Trainee under the Tamheer program in our Riyadh office. You will support colleagues across branches by creating branded visual materials that align with Aon’s identity and help communicate effectively with clients.

As a trainee, you will gain exposure to diverse design formats, collaborate with multiple teams, and contribute to both digital and print campaigns while developing professional skills under structured on‑the‑job training.

Qualifications

• Eligible for the Tamheer program in Saudi Arabia (meeting HRDF/Tamheer criteria).
• Currently enrolled in a graduate level program in Graphic Design or a closely related discipline.
• Portfolio of work demonstrating graphic design skills, and creativity.
• Advanced English language proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Create visual concepts and use design elements to communicate ideas for internal and external audiences.
• Design a wide range of materials (advertisements, brochures, logos, reports) for digital and print.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports in line with Aon branding guidelines.
• Work closely with brokerage and functional teams across all Saudi branches to deliver client materials.
• Support online or offline media requirements (social assets, banners, collateral).
• Produce branded items such as letterhead, business cards, door cards, Eid cards, and event materials.
