Job summary

Accor Hospitality sucht einen Grafikdesigner zur Erstellung hochwertiger visueller Inhalte, die Marketing, Branding, Werbung und Kommunikation des Hotels unterstützen. Die Rolle sorgt dafür, dass alle kreativen Materialien die Markenidentität des Hotels widerspiegeln und die Marketingziele über digitale und Druckformate erreichen.

Zu den Aufgaben gehören die Entwicklung kreativer Konzepte, Gestaltung von Broschüren, Flyern, Postern, Menüs, Social-Media-Inhalten und die Zusammenarbeit mit

Qualifications

• Bachelorabschluss oder Diplom in Grafikdesign oder verwandtem Bereich.
• Mindestens 2–3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Grafikdesigner, ideal im Gastgewerbe/Marketing.
• Erfahrung mit Social-MMedia-Content und digitalem Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Entwicklung kreativer Konzepte und visueller Designs für Kampagnen und Kommunikation.
• Gestaltung von digitalen und Printmaterialien wie Broschüren, Flyern, Postern, Menüs.
• Erstellung ansprechender visueller Inhalte für Website und Social Media.
• Sicherstellung der Markenidentität und der visuellen Standards des Hotels.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Vertrieb, E-Commerce und Betrieb.

Job Description

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating and developing high-quality visual content that supports the hotel s marketing branding promotional and communication activities The role ensures all creative materials are aligned with the hotel s brand identity visual standards and marketing objectives across digital and print platforms

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual designs for marketing campaigns promotions events and hotel communications
• Design digital and print materials including brochures flyers posters menus advertisements presentations social media content and promotional materials
• Create engaging visual content for the hotel s website social media platforms email campaigns and other digital channels
• Ensure all designs are consistent with the hotel s brand identity guidelines and visual standards
• Collaborate with the Marketing Sales E-Commerce and Operations teams to understand creative requirements and deliver effective visual solutions
• Support the development of promotional campaigns for restaurants rooms events seasonal offers and special occasions
• Prepare artwork and files according to technical specifications for printing and digital publishing
• Coordinate with external printers photographers agencies and other creative suppliers when required
• Maintain an organized library of design assets images templates and brand materials
• Retouch and edit photographs and other visual materials when required
• Stay updated on current design trends digital content formats and creative industry best practices
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail
• Ensure all published content is accurate professional and aligned with the hotel s positioning
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree or diploma in Graphic Design Visual Communication Fine Arts Marketing or a related field
• Minimum 2 3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer preferably within the hospitality tourism retail or marketing industry
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign
• Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing platforms
• Strong understanding of typography layout color branding and visual communication
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is an advantage
• Knowledge of motion graphics video editing or photography is an advantage
• Saudi Nationality is required
