Job summary

Red Sea Global, through its DevCo subsidiary, seeks an Assistant Manager - Standards & Enablement (Governance & Assurance) to steward the governance framework and ensure decisions are properly recorded and traceable.

The role coordinates policy reviews, affinity of delegation of authority, and secretariat services for governance forums while liaising with internal/external audit and risk/compliance functions to drive governance maturity across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, finance or engineering.
• 7–10 years total experience, including 4+ years in governance, PMO or risk/compliance.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic advantageous.
• Strong minute and paper writing with discretion for confidential material.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and govern DevCo Operations governance framework and operating model.
• Coordinate Delegation of Authority, policies, charters and TOR development/review.
• Provide secretariat services for governance forums and maintain records.
• Maintain decision and action registers with accountable owners and due dates.
• Coordinate with Internal Audit, External Audit and Group risk, quality, compliance and assurance functions.
• Contribute to stage-gate assurance and governance reviews.
• Develop governance indicators and maturation reporting.
• Offer operational feedback on Delegation of Authority feasibility.
