Lucid Motors in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Duty and Compliance Manager to oversee customs duty management, exemption programs, and import/export control while ensuring strict regulatory compliance. The role leads a team, liaises with government authorities, and drives cost-efficiency through strategic duty exemption initiatives.

The position requires deep trade compliance expertise, strong leadership, and cross-functional collaboration with supply chain, procurement, finance, and legal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7–10 years in customs/trade compliance.
• 3+ years in managerial role.
• Hands-on with FASAH and ZATCA systems.
• Knowledge of SASO/SABER and SFDA programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage customs duty exemption programs and renewals.
• Oversee import/export control, licensing, HS classification, valuation.
• Ensure 100% compliance with Saudi regulations and audits.
• Develop and update duty exemption policies and procedures.
• Train and mentor Duty Compliance team.
