Job summary

Lucidya LLC. is seeking a seasoned Legal & Compliance leader to own and scale the function across the business. You will govern legal matters, compliance programs, and data protection while partnering with executives and external counsel.

The role requires hands-on leadership, M&A diligence, and governing regulatory obligations within the GCC, including Saudi PDPL and GDPR considerations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of legal experience, including in‑house leadership at a tech or regulated company.
• Qualified lawyer with commercial, corporate and technology law focus.
• Saudi law exposure and GCC regulatory understanding preferred.
• Experience leading certification programs (ISO 27001, SOC 2) and data protection compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own legal and compliance strategy with governance and risk management.
• Streamline contracting with templates, playbooks, and efficient processes.
• Lead GRC program and ensure audit-ready certifications (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR-related).
• Act as Data Protection Officer ensuring privacy compliance (PDPL/GDPR).
• Lead corporate matters including M&A due diligence and governance.
