Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a Pre-Contract / Contract Formation Specialist to support global contracting activities across tendering, bid preparation, and procurement stages. You will review, draft, negotiate, and standardize documents for client-facing and supply chain engagements, ensuring risk management and governance compliance.

The role collaborates with Tendering, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, and Project teams across regions to ensure proper flow-down of obligations and robust contract

Qualifications

• Law degree or equivalent qualification with contractual experience in EPC, engineering, or construction.
• MBA/LLM or equivalent postgraduate qualification recommended for senior pre-contract roles.
• Extensive experience in pre-contract and contract formation activities within a multinational setting.

Responsibilities

• Review client contract documents during tender and pre-award stages.
• Prepare contractual risk assessments and tender positions.
• Draft and negotiate pre-bid, cooperation, and consortium agreements.
• Draft and maintain supply chain contract documents and service agreements.
• Ensure flow-down of client obligations into supplier/subcontractor agreements.
• Support contract governance and risk management activities.
• Provide cross-functional contractual support to Tendering, Supply Chain, Projects, Legal and Finance teams globally.
