Job summary

Technogym S.p.A. is seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist to manage end-to-end order processing, from quote confirmation to billing, while ensuring policy compliance and a premium customer experience.

The role involves close collaboration with sales, logistics, and CARE activities to optimize stock and deliveries. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in order management or customer service, experience with SAP or similar ERP, and strong communication skills in English.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Order Management, Customer Service, or a related role in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Strong sense of accountability and ownership of customer needs.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with active listening and empathy.
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and CRM management.
Analytical and structured approach with problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with local VAT and fiscal regulations.
Fluency in English (preferred).

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end order processing cycle from quote confirmation to billing.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and provide premium customer experience.
Coordinate logistics and stock optimization with sales teams.
Maintain up-to-date CRM records and handle customer inquiries effectively.
Oversee TECHNOGYM CARE activities and post-delivery customer feedback.
