Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma D3 or Bachelor degree in Nursing or Midwifery from an accredited institution.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience in hospital, clinic or similar setting.
• Basic working proficiency in English.
• Active STR Surat Tanda Registrasi as a registered nurse.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary care provider ensuring actions follow procedures and safety standards.
• Deliver direct care including monitoring vitals, administering medications, assisting procedures.
• Collaborate with doctors and medical staff to keep treatment plans on schedule.
• Record patient conditions and progress accurately and on time.
• Explain conditions and care procedures clearly to patients.
• Follow hygiene, safety and local health regulations.
